Stow me rudder, if it ain't a newcomer! I see ye've already been busyin' yoreself wid editin' in this liddle corner o' Mossflower. Thankye for that bit, an' jest throw me a liddle note if I kin 'elp ye! --- Grimbol the Otter

I will try to be on this Wiki as often as I can but I am on the Redwall Wiki a lot. Bluestripe, please if you can, update The Lord of Bloodwrath as soon as possible! --You're always welcome at my mountain. [[file:Defenders.jpg]] (talk)-- You're always welcome at my mountain.
Hi Snowstripe, so basically you'd like me to help make you a few characters? I could give it a shot ;) Let me think on this a little .. what ranks do you need most?
Oh and if you'd but your siggy on my talk page that'd be good, cause I wasn't sure it was you messaging me at first, and I don't want to reply to the wrong person, of course. (and please reply to this on my wall, not yours, cause it won't notify me otherwise. You probably figured that out, and I don't like to be rude or something, but yea.) Thanks! Getting used to wiki protocol takes a bit, I totally understand ;) And I'd gladly make you some hares :) Let me think a little. Do you want names and colorations only, or personalities as well?
Oh and actually, Sayna, my character lives until Pearls of Lutra in my timeline ;) so if wanted you could use her, but it's fine if you don't. That's up to you :) (normally she'd have died around the time Martin did, but those flowers change everything :P
Oops. Sorry about that. But you do realize your character must be at least 150 seasons old by then? --You're always welcome at my mountain. [[file:Defenders.jpg]] (talk) 21:29, July 11, 2015 (UTC)
Hmm .. Einar Twoblade
A chocolate colored hare with white paws and two sabers. His name, Einar, is Norse and means 'One who fights alone' so I imagine him as sort of a standoffish type.
He can be a corporal :)
(about Sayna) Oh yes, quite actually, she's over a thousand. If you've read Four Warriors Cometh and The Prophecy Fulfilled, this is explained ;3
Yer new catiggery 'as been deleted. Th' reason fer deletion is that only the creator of a character can give them away.
'Ow would Blue, for example, feel if he was away for awhile and we all started dividin' up 'is characters between us like pirate loot? Characters are not, not, not open for adoption unless the creator gives the OK. SaliaOfRedwall has never given the OK on any site, anywhere, an' neither has ~SableQueanVilaya~.
On anodder note, remember to notify me if you're going to make big changes like that. I'm sorta th' go-to Administrator who deals with the Categories an' coding aroun' 'ere, so I'd really appreciate it if ye told me before ye make a big change (giving the "OK" for everyone to start taking OCs is a big change).. Jest an 'eads-up, mate.(Tuûr!) 02:10, July 25, 2015 (UTC)
Well, the category already existed, I just added what I thought how it worked. Thanks for telling me though :).
Ah, after looking at it for a few minutes, I think I know what the problem is ;)
On Redwall Wiki you have a siggy subpage, don't you? Well you need to make one on RWW, so just title your page User:Snowstripe the Fierce/Sig and put the codding in that. The coding is perfect ;3
Tell me if this doesn't work, or if you already have the sub page. I bet that's the issue though ;)
Huh. Definitely weird ... I can't see anything wrong straight off :/ Maybe if you let me edit the signature sub page itself I could find the problem. Could I do that? ;)
Bluestripe- a Name Remembered
You said you were interested in reading a revised version of my fan fic. All I have in stone as of now is the prologue and a bit of chapter one, so here you go!
“I’m going to get you!”
The young hare leveret swerved around a corner as he raced down the corridor. He giggled quietly to himself as he bounded up a few steps. The young hare came to a sudden halt when he found himself face-to-face with the stone wall. He saw no other way to escape his pursuer and realized that he was trapped!
The leveret’s eyes darted about, searching in vain for some means of escape. A crack in the wall caught his eye. He raced over to it and realized that it was not a dead end, but a concealed door that was carved into the wall! The young hare ran over to the crack and tried with all his might to force the door open a bit more. Despite his desperate attempts, he could not make it budge. The young hare inhaled just enough to make him thin enough to squeeze through the crack. He squirmed until he fell through into the next room.
The moment he had entered the room, he could hear the sound of footpaws against the rock floor growing louder. The hare shut his eyes, thinking that he was finally caught, but, much to his surprise, the sound ended rather abruptly. He waited for a moment before he heard the creature retreat back down the stairs. The leveret breathed a sigh of relief and was grateful for his good fortune. He laughed when he realized that he had proved himself victorious as the champion of hide-and-seek.
The hare turned and saw a torch hanging on the wall. It was probably left by some other creature who had been in there earlier. He walked over to it and stood on tiptoe in an attempt to reach it, but proved to be of insufficient height. The leveret scowled and turned to survey everything in the room that he was currently occupying.
What he saw astonished him. Several large thrones were placed in rows against the walls. In each throne sat a Badger Ruler of old. Their appearances were those of majesty and power, all clad in armor as if they were prepared to awaken and go to battle. The torch illuminated the walls, depicting drawings of various events that the young leveret did not fully understand.
He continued to inspect the drawings on the wall and the Badger Rulers of old until he thought he heard somebeast behind him. The leveret spun around and saw an aging harewife who was standing in the doorway. She chuckled dryly when she saw the guilty young hare in the center of the room. She spoke as she began to walk towards him slowly. “Heh heh heh... I knew the door looked like it was opened a bit more since I was in here a few minutes ago... I step out to get a bit of tucker and return to find you in here.”
The young hare found himself lost for words as the harewife continued to approach him. She spoke again. “Don’t be afraid, laddie buck. You’re not in any kind of trouble.” She gazed at the Badger Rulers, who sat in the unbreakable silence. “Interesting place, eh, wot?”
The leveret avoided the eyes of the older creature, but continued to look at the seated badgers who once ruled the mountain of Salamandastron until one particular badger caught his attention. The leveret turned to the harewife and pointed at the Badger Lord. “Who was that chap, marm?”
The harewife’s eyes followed the leveret’s finger to the Badger Lord he pointed at. Her eyes twinkled as they rested upon the armored badger seated in the stone throne. “That creature is none other than Bluestripe the Wild. Now let me tell you about him...”
The hare leveret sat attentively as the old hare began to disclose her tale to the young creature, prepared for a long narrative, as would be expected from any seasoned creature.
The harewife turned and began walking towards the door. The leveret blinked in surprise and jumped up, following after her. “Where are you going, marm?”
The aged creature looked down at him and replied. “If I’m going to tell you a story as long as the tale of one of the former Badger Lords, then I’ll need a chair. I’m not as young as I used to be and standing up for so long won’t do me any good. Maybe a cup of tea would also do nicely.”
The harewife took the leveret by the paw and lead him downstairs to her room. She took her seat in an armchair by the fire with a cup of hot mint tea in her paws. “Now I shall begin. As I was saying, Bluestripe the Wild was a mighty Badger Lord of Salamandastron, but his story begins long before he ever came to rule here.”
The fire crackled as a fresh log was tossed in the fireplace to temporarily appease the insatiable flames, sending up a few sparks. The flames rose higher to reach the untouched log and began licking it hungrily. The glow from the fireplace illuminated the two figures as the creature that had just placed the new log on the fire gazed into the renewed flames, which reflected off his dark eyes. The second creature watched him for several moments without speaking before shattering the silence. “What do you plan on doing?”
The first creature turned away from the fireplace and glanced at the other badger, his large and powerful frame outline by the glow of the fire. He replied in a low, quiet voice. “I’m not sure yet, Renah, but what I do know is that we must rid Mossflower of Panthera Longclaws and his army at whatever costs.”
Renah watched her mate with concern evident in her eyes. “Even at the cost of your life? Is it really so hard to find a new home instead?”
The male badger shook his great striped head adamantly. “I can’t leave what I’ve already started. Besides, if we left, that wildcat would still be able to terrorize whoever he wants! I wouldn’t be able to live with myself knowing I abandoned the cause while Longclaws still has breath in his body! We must put a stop to all the pain and suffering he’s caused!”
Renah gave a low sigh. “I see... Panthera Longclaws has caused great pain for many creatures, but why does everything have to be resolved with violence? I know that he won’t listen to reason, but there must be some other way... I guess what I’m trying to say is that I care about you too much to think about losing you...”
The badgers stood there in momentarily silence, the only noise being the crackling coming from the fire. The male badger turned his head to gaze at a bed with a small creature occupying it. He spoke softly to Renah. “I’m doing this for you and our son, as well as the rest of the creatures affected by Panthera's’s tyranny. I hope you understand that.”
The she-badger directed her sight on the small form of her sleeping son, as well. “I know, Oakpaw. Just don’t let anything happen to you. Bluestripe needs a father around when he’s growing up, and I’m not sure how I would manage without you...”
Oakpaw walked over to where Renah stood and gave her a comforting hug. “Don’t worry, Renah. I’ll make sure Mossflower is rid of Panthera Longclaws and his soldiers so Bluestripe can grow up without having to live in constant fear of those vermin.”
With that said, Oakpaw turned and walked over to the mantel of the fireplace and took down the large club that hung over the wall. It was a fine piece of work that had been made from a tough old hickory tree and had proved its worth many times when wielded by Oakpaw in battle. The badger rested his club on his shoulder before opening the door and stepping out into the night. Renah watched him go until he was out of sight before closing the door.
The noise of somebeast fidgeting about caused her to look over her shoulder. Renah’s young son Bluestripe was on his side, watching her with soft brown eyes. While he was only three seasons old, he could tell that something was not quite right. “Mama, where did Papa go?”
Renah walked over to the bedside and crouched down so she was on eye level with Bluestripe. “He’s gone out for a little bit. Don’t worry your little head about him, just close your eyes and get some sleep.”
The young badger smiled at his mother and yawned drowsily. Renah smiled and kissed him on top of the head. “Good night, dear.”
Bluestripe rolled over into a comfortable sleeping position and murmured back to his mother. “G’night, Mama...”
With the comforting words of his mother echoing in his mind, Bluestripe was lulled into a peaceful slumber with all the bliss of the innocent creature that he was.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
1. That was just a typo. I didn't notice it until you mentioned it.
2. I don't anticipate any characters having their roles changed, but if I did make any changes, they would be minor. However, a minor character in the original story will have his fate in the story completely revised and because of that, his role will change. ;)
3. For the most part, no, but I think there may be an exception or two to that.
4. I haven't quite decided yet. I will most likely be removing characters with very minor roles and giving them to other characters. If I do add any new characters (which I doubt I will), they will have very minor roles. One of my main goals in this version of the story is to give depth to already existing characters by giving them more backstory, fleshing out their personality, etc.
5. Well, I'm not even sure if I'm going to go through with it and write all of it simply because college has kept me very busy and I'm often dissatisfied with my writing ability and I'm still tweaking bits and pieces of the story. But if I did post it, I would probably post it on Redwall Wiki and/or on here.

Yes, I've taken a look at that and I like it! I think it would be fun if it received enough attention to garner interest in the community. However, I do have one question. Would it be at all possible for a user to write a very short story only a few paragraphs long and be nominated for an award? --
15:12, August 8, 2015 (UTC)
All right, I was just checking! I was considering possibly writing a short story about one of my characters. --
15:19, August 8, 2015 (UTC)
Well all you have to do is give your permission ;) It's not my page so I can't edit it without permission (I might I suppose I could, technically, but I wouldn't want to offend you by randomly editing you page before you told me it was ok) :) So now I'll go in and see if I can find out what the problem is ;3
fixed the siggy :)
Well I think I got it now, it should show up like this
Looking at it I was missing the fact that in copying it over or something, the words
Biggren and I spoke and we've decided to allow you to post your fan fiction here. --
23:43, September 15, 2015 (UTC)
Don't mention it. --

Mewtworules was a former user here who joined around early 2012 or so. He was causing disruptions in chat and spammed frequently until he had to be kicked from chat, but he would create alternate accounts and avoid the ban from chat, which resulted in a ban from the wiki. He was somehow able to do it again by creating more accounts. He insulted users and was just a general nuisance. I tried giving him a second chance, but he hadn't learned. This problem persisted for months and a few users left because of it (although I believe they were of the mind that they had become too old for Redwall anymore and that Mewtworules' antics just gave them the incentive to leave). This was shortly after a similar incident with a user named SableQueenVilaya, who was more aggressive than Mewtworules, but less persistent. Within the time span of several months, we had a problem with trolls, but it stopped after a while. --

Thanks for letting me know! I'll take a look at it when I have some time. --

Hai Snow! I just saw your message on here :) Sorry I didn't answer right away; I haven't been on this wiki lately, and I got sick too DX
Yeah, I think I saw that XD I'll see about Mercenaries War, but I've been kinda busy with stuff lately (Schoolwork, my One Year Adventure Novel stuff [you've seen me and Sayna and Lus mentioning that, right? It's technically schoolwork, but they have a forum and stuff so it seems like it's something else XD], RW fanfics, reading, plus that second charrie tournament I wanted to do on here still. It's crazy :P ), so I dunno about the rest. We'll see :)
Oh yeah; I saw that! It's cool XD
Snowstripe the Fierce eh? More like Snowstripe the Fake. This place is not your home, It's BLuestripe's and nobody says otherwise. LRT 19:09, November 4, 2015 (UTC)
I'm not exactly sure about that. I would get in touch with Biggren and ask him. He's better with the technological questions like that. --
02:52, November 6, 2015 (UTC)
Could you possibly add a little bit more to "The War of Southward"? If you did, it would pop up at the top of the recent activity and would receive more attention and then it could get started. I want to join, but I don't know who I should play as. --

Character for The War Of Southsward
I don't remember if I put a character in your rp The War Of Southsward yet. If I hadn't I have her:
Female sea otter
Origin: a holt west of Southsward
Weapons: the Galedeep Blades, twin curved swords belonging to her ancestor, the legendary Finnbarr Galedeep, who gave his life to stop the Foxwolf Urgan Nagru
Physical appearance: Vanora is a large otter with a tall, muscular build, long limbs and jet black fur. Her eyes are a piercing ice-blue. She has a jagged scar tracing down her face from her forehead around and down the right side of her jaw to her neck, and a single tattoo on her left forearm, a pair of crossed swords, visible when her sleeve's pulled back. Vanora wears a simple black tunic with a black vest and a dark gray scarf bound around her brow to keep the sun off her head.
Scars: her facial scar, her right ear has a notch in it. Her left ear has two notches.
Motto: "Keep your mind as sharp as your swords"
Alright. I'll need a little more specifics on this. Can I get a copy of this image, and what exactly you want done with it? Thanks, (Tuûr!)
I want to join "The War of Southward", but I don't know which character to use. Do you want to help me out and just pick one of my characters for me to play as? --
19:25, December 6, 2015 (UTC)
I think I'll use Tikus just because he hasn't had a chance to land a big role in an RPG before. I'll just fill out his bio when I have some more free time. I've been pretty busy lately. Thanks for the suggestion! --

My first post for The War of Southsward
Tried to put my intro post in The War Of Southsward but it wouldn't let me. Snowstripe, could you add it please right after the fight scene and say in an OOC that I'm having tech trouble? it wanted me to refresh the window before it would let me put it in "as a precaution against browser hijacking", I refreshed it three times but got the same thing.
A figure in the shadows, watching the fight, drew a pair of curved blades from the twin sheaths across her back. Taking a deep breath, the sea otter stepped from behind a clump of blackberry bushes seeming to melt out of them due to her fur color, lifting a sword so it caught the moonlight. The light glimmered off the engraved name there, the same name that ripped from her throat in a battlecry. "Galedeeeeeeep!" She continued speaking dryly as though nothing had happened. "Sorry to interrupt the two of you killing each other, but I was wondering if somebeast might be able to direct me to the headquarters of the Resistance please? The name's Galedeep. Vanora Galedeep."
OOC: Bond. James Bond.
IC: "I'd like to let the leaders know that my skill and my family's blades are theirs again should they ever need them." Vanora saluted the pair with one blade and bowed slightly to the pair in front of her, holding the other ready to defend should she come under attack.
I'm trying to think of how to get Tikus to meet up with the other characters before Evalynne leads them to the secret base because if he doesn't catch up in time, he won't be able to find the base and then he won't be able to get involved in the plot. --
19:16, December 10, 2015 (UTC)
I'll give something like that a shot. --
00:26, December 11, 2015 (UTC)
Mmm....I'm not sure about that. Criticism, even if done in a comedic manner, that is directed specifically at a user's work may hurt their feelings or make them self-critical of themselves. I know you don't mean any harm, but I'm not sure how that might go. --
23:53, December 22, 2015 (UTC)
Snow could you please delete the last post I put in The War of Southward? I made it before I remembered Vanora was on that mission she agreed to go on. Brain hiccup :) --Tiria Wildlough Ee aye eeeh!! 21:35, December 26, 2015 (UTC)
Just to clarify something, when you signed Ox's "Friends" section on his user page and put "Not anymore, buddy", what exactly did you mean? --
06:34, January 2, 2016 (UTC)
Oh, okay. That clears things up. Out of context, it looked somewhat unfriendly, so I just wanted to make find out what was going on. Glad to know it was nothing like what I thought it was. --
05:15, January 3, 2016 (UTC)
Could you comment on The Mercenaries' War and The War of Southsward please? --

Can you comment on The Mercenaries' War? --
04:02, January 10, 2016 (UTC)
So, I was looking at The Order of Felix and was thinking of some of my own wildcat characters and was considering using two of my severely underused wildcat characters, Pandora and Tigris, and was thinking that perhaps one of them, or maybe even both could be a part of it. It would definitely add depth to each of their characters. What do you think? --
20:58, January 11, 2016 (UTC)
Sorry about that. I didn't see that you replied until you mentioned it. Are your friends older or are you just older than I thought you were? --
05:25, January 14, 2016 (UTC)
Haha, did you find her old account? I actually have two sisters. --
02:16, January 24, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, you'd be right. I tried talking her into joining the site and hoped she would finish Redwall, but alas, she did not. --
03:02, January 24, 2016 (UTC)
Hello, Snowstripe the Fierce, I just wanted to say hello to you since I just joined the wiki. I also wanted to ask you to make me a signature.
I'm really sorry about that. Can you comment on "The Mercenaries' War"? --
06:47, February 29, 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, that's fine with me! Thanks for asking first. --
13:26, April 18, 2016 (UTC)
I'll take a look at it soon. I've just been pretty busy lately with the end of the year school projects and final exams, but once I find some spare time on my hands, I'll add a character to it. --
05:58, May 2, 2016 (UTC)
Could I enter a rat as my character for the White Army since Urgan Nauru's horde was made up of rats and he was from the Land of Ice and Snow? --
02:21, May 3, 2016 (UTC)
Um, so I just found this wiki, saw you here, and thought I'd say hi. So hi. ;) So many people I don't know here... *looks around shyly* XP So this is where everybody has gone? :P What exactly do ya do here? Sorry, I'm kinda... freezing up, I don't really know what to do for some reason. >.< So... yeah... ~ Heather aka Cherryblossom
Are you going to comment on "The Mercenaries' War" and "The War of Southsward"? --

Hey Snow how's it going man? Sorry if you haven't seen me on around much, been doing other things, so no worries man, so what is new in the land of Snowstripe dah Fierce? Nikolai Banks (talk) 01:12, May 4, 2016 (UTC)
Sure, I would like to! But... I've never done this before, and even though I've read about how to do it and everything, I'm still just very unsure of myself. I always am. :P (yeah Hiccup gets that from me XP) So.. could you help me with it, because I'd really like to! :) ~ Heather aka Cherryblossom
